From classroom to corporation, Meg's unique career journey has spanned teaching to start-ups to top global brands, including Big 4 consulting and nearly a decade as a senior leader at a $25B global manufacturing and technology company.

Meg is a seasoned change leader and trusted executive advisor known for helping leaders turn complex business challenges into lasting results. For over 25 years she’s helped private and public organizations achieve their transformation aspirations by keeping people at the center.

Leading human-centered change from both the inside and out has given her a unique, grounded perspective on what actually works. Meg founded Rome& to bring this experience and insight back to her roots in education.

Naveen has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of technology and people, helping large organizations put new tools to work. He was Chief Architect and VP of Digital Innovation at Leo Burnett from 2013 to 2022, then led technology and the AI practice at Critical Mass through 2024. His clients included DePaul University, the U.S. Army, Harley-Davidson, USAA, and Altria.

His favorite part of the job is the unglamorous one: making a new system work for the people who have to use it every day. Along the way he has mentored more than 100 technologists, strategists, and data scientists.
